Is Jonas Savimbi to blame for all of Angola's ills?"

British minister responsible for Africa, Peter Hain, has described Jonas Savimbi as a fascist, a murderer and a liar.

He also said that UNITA should get rid of him. Was he right? Should he have said it? And is Jonas Savimbi responsible for all of Angola's problems?
