Is your school supporting the World Cup?

Are you and your school going to be following the World Cup in South Africa in June? We want to join in the celebrations and create a giant global photo album showing your school football teams celebrating their favourite teams.

BBC World Class and their partners, the British Council, are working with schools around the world for the 2010 World Cup.

To take part, fill in the form below. We will post your pictures online and some will be chosen to feature on BBC Sport's World Cup Photo Album.

Confirm you have Head Teacher consent for the BBC to publish the school photo and for us to share with our partners the British Council
