Early on the morning of the inauguration ceremony, people were arriving in the dark to take their place and wait for the event to begin. Many, with mobile phones, were recording their surroundings and the relative quiet before everything livened up.

Recording on mobiles and posting to the web was not just for the masses as Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore demonstrate on their way to the main event.
