Are you worried about being repossessed?

The number of repossessions has been rising since September last year
Are you worried about being repossessed? The BBC would like to speak to people in the South and South West of England to discuss the issue of repossession.

Figures released by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in October found that the number of repossessions from April to June this year was 11,054, up 71% compared with the same period last year.

The Council of Mortgage Lenders will release their quarterly repossession figures on Friday. The figures are expected to show an increase in the number of repossessions.

The government has introduced a new mortgage rescue scheme to help people in England who are facing repossession.

They hope this scheme, which allows local councils to help families who can't pay their mortgages, will prevent thousands more repossessions.

Are you worried about being repossessed? Have you lost your home as a result of a repossession? Are you having trouble paying your mortgage? Do you think more should be done to help people keep their homes?
