    Have you suffered from superweeds?

Some plants that have been introduced to the UK from abroad are having a profound impact on ecology and the economy. Have you spotted any alien plants in your garden? If so, add their location to our map below.

The UK has many invasive plant species - from fast-spreading Japanese knotweed to rhododendron and buddleia which can all have a devastating effect on plant biodiversity.

The map is part of a trial to find new ways of showing comments sent in by our readers.
