Australian election: Voters' panel
People in Australia will go to the polls on 24 November to elect a new parliament, and a new prime minister.

Opinion polls suggest that the Labor Party, led by Kevin Rudd, has a sizeable lead over the centre-right coalition, led by current Prime Minister John Howard, who has been in office for 11 years.
