Matthew Pini replaces Corrado Pilat at full-back
Matthew Pini returns to the Italy side, ahead of their Six Nations finale against France in Paris.

Ex-Wallaby Pini is the only change to the side defeated 59-12 by England in Rome and replaces Corrado Pilat at full-back.

Six Nations Championship
Coach Brad Johnstone has kept faith in captain and scrum-half Alessandro Troncon, as his side continue their quest to claim two Six Nations scalps, after their heroic opening victory over Scotland.

Fly-half Diego Dominguez, who has threatened to retire from international rugby after this year's championship, will hoping for another shock win against a French side still down on their luck, following their defeat to Ireland two weeks ago.

Italy team:

15-Mathew Pini; 14-Nicola Mazzucato, 13-Luca Martin, 12-Nicholas Zisti, 11-Cristian Stoica; 10-Diego Dominguez, 9-Alessandro Troncon; 8-Andrea De Rossi, 7-Mauro Bergamasco, 6-Walter Cristofoletto, 5-Andrea Gritti, 4-Carlo Cecchinato, 3-Tino Paoletti, 2-Alessandro Moscardi, 1-Andrea Lo Cicero
