Tyson v Francis: Full statistical breakdown

The bookies do not rate Julius Francis' chances of surviving a round with Mike Tyson, let alone beating him, and the statistics do not look any better for the British champion.

The challenger: Julius Francis
Immigration : A game of chance
William Hill are offering odds of 5/2 for a first-round knock-out and say they have never quoted shorter odds.

The statistics do not suggest Francis, a former nightclub doorman, has much of a prayer each.

Tyson has stopped 40 of his 50 opponents - 33 of them in three rounds or less.

Of Francis' 11 stoppage wins, just four have come inside nine minutes.

The raw facts suggest it will be an uncharacteristically early night for the British champion.
