This table shows the first 50 of the 200 English schools which achieved the best performance at A-level.

Schools are ranked by average UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) score for pupils who took two or more A-levels, where an A-grade scores 10 points.

Where schools have achieved the same score, they are listed alphabetically. The table also shows in brackets the school's rank by the same measure amongst schools of all types, this year and last year.
