9 mins: Paul Scholes hits a shot fractionally wide of the right post from 20m.

12 mins: Barry Ferguson sends a 25m strike a foot over the England crossbar.

28 mins: A Don Hutchison cross causes momentary panic in the England area, before Campbell clears.

29 mins: Scotland's Billy Dodds turns and shoots on the edge of the six-yard box, but Hutchison is unable to convert and the flag goes up for offside.

31 mins: David Beckham tries to turn the ball in, but keeper Neil Sullivan punches the ball away.

33 mins: Michael Owen chests the ball into the back of the Scottish net, but Shearer is penalised for barging the keeper and the goal is disallowed.

77 mins: Redknapp earns a free kick on the edge of the Scottish area. Beckham drills it narrowly past the left post.

79 mins: Scotland win a corner and Dailly connects with a powerful header, blasting the ball directly at Seaman, who knocks it clear off his own line.

83 mins: Redknapp spots the keeper off his line and sends in a speculative, but wide shot from 35m.
