A day after banning facebook, the Pakistani government has blocked access to YouTube, the English version of Wikipedia and the photo sharing site Flickr.

The original restriction was imposed because of a page on the social networking site encouraging users to post images of Islam's Prophet Muhammad.

Aleem Maqbool reports from Islamabad.
