Indian musicians aim to make it big


When it comes to music, Shillong is arguably India's real capital. Nowhere does rock and roll, blues and even hard metal rule so strongly.

But despite its long-term love affair with music, local musicians have never really hit the big time. So what, if anything, is holding back the state's talent?
