Indian inmates who practice Yoga receive term reduction

An Indian prison is holding yoga sessions for inmates to keep them fit, and also reduce their jail sentence.

The initiative at the Central Jail in Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh was launched two years ago and there are now 400 prisoners taking part.

Practicing yoga for 100 days can earn them a 36 day reprieve in their sentence.
