Police parade marks anniversary of Mumbai attacks

Police have paraded through Mumbai, on the first anniversary of devastating attacks on the city, which left 174 people dead.

Later a memorial will be inaugurated and a candle-lit prayer service will be held.

The attacks, which began on 26 November 2008, lasted nearly three days. The only surviving attacker, Pakistani Mohammad Ajmal Qasab, is currently on trial in India.
