'Weak borders' threaten Pakistan

Taliban militants from Pakistan are making regular forays into Afghanistan because coalition forces cannot keep the border secure, according to Pakistani army commanders.

They complain that as a result the Taliban can re-arm and carry out attacks back in Pakistan.

But Taliban soldiers are also being protected by local leaders, not convinced that the army can keep them safe.

Orla Guerin reports from the Charmang Valley.
