Dalai Lama defends India visit

The Dalai Lama has hit back at China over criticism of his return to a remote monastery in north-eastern India.

Beijing is opposed to the week long visit to the state of Arunachal Pradesh and has accused the Tibetan spiritual leader of trying to harm its relations with India.
