UN chief on 'difficult' Afghan elections

UN chief Ban Ki-moon has said that elections in Afghanistan have been "amongst the most difficult the United Nations have ever supported".

Mr Ban is in Kabul for talks with Afghan President Hamid Karzai amid confusion over the planned run-off in the presidential election.
