Pakistan 'must confront' militants

The US secretary of state has said it is "hard to believe" no one in the Pakistani government knows where al-Qaeda leaders are hiding.

During a visit to Lahore as part of her tour of Pakistan, Hillary Clinton said the country had "little choice" but to aggressively confront the Taliban and all other insurgents.

Mark Dummett reports from Islamabad.
