Afghan poll challenges increase

The challenges facing the second round of the Afghan presidential election are increasing with rumours of a secret deal between the candidates.

The UN special envoy has said the 7 November run-off will take place as planned, but security concerns and the onset of the harsh Afghan winter are making it ever more difficult for its organisers.

Andrew North reports from Kabul.
