Kabul shootout as voting starts

The bodies of two militants have been recovered after a gun battle with police in Kabul, a police commander has said.

The shootout comes as voting gets under way in Afghan elections.

Local journalist Rahmullah Samander went to the scene of the shooting. He spoke to the BBC about the challenges faced by journalists covering the elections.
