India's Maoist violence on rise

Suspected Maoist rebels have killed three more of the ruling party in a troubled part of India's West Bengal state, police say.

Thousands of troops have been sent to the area following a week of violence, but villagers in the area have been blocking roads to prevent security forces entering.

Rahul Tandon reports from Calcutta.
