Pakistan hotel reduced to rubble

A gun and bomb attack has reduced Pakistan's Pearl Continental Hotel in Peshawar to rubble, killing 18 people.

Pakistan's government has blamed the Taliban. It claims it is revenge for the military offensive launched against the militants in the Swat Valley.

Chris Morris reports from Islamabad.
