'No rights' for Bagram inmates

President Barack Obama's justice department has sided with the former Bush administration, saying detainees held by the US in Afghanistan have no constitutional rights.

Professor Barbara Olshansky is lead counsel in the case and confirmed its outcome to Radio 4's The World Tonight.
