Mr Dalmiya is in a bitter legal battle with the board

The Supreme Court in India has halted a criminal case against senior officials on India's cricket governing body.
The court upheld pleas from officials who said their evidence had not been heard when the high court in Calcutta ordered criminal proceedings.
The Calcutta court said last month the officials should face perjury charges.
They deny giving false evidence against ex-board member Jagmohan Dalmiya, who was expelled in 2006 over finance irregularities, which he also denies.
