Many killed in Pakistan bus crash

Road accidents are common in Pakistan

At least 35 passengers were killed when a bus collided with a tanker carrying milk in central Pakistan, police said.

The incident happened late on Monday near the city of Muzaffargarh, 75km (45 miles) northwest of Multan.

The bus was speeding when it crashed into the other vehicle and began to burn.

Road accidents are common in Pakistan. Roads are poorly maintained and buses are often in poor conditions and overcrowded.
