Malnutrition cost to economies

Malnutrition is costing the Indian economy an estimated $29bn a year, according to a report from the country's government.

Soaring food costs are partly to blame, as the number of malnourished people far exceeds those living below the poverty line. Shilpa Kannan reports from Delhi.
