UN condemns Afghan bombing United Nations officials have condemned Thursday's air attack by the Afghan Taleban on the opposition-held Panjshir Valley. At least twelve people were killed and over fifty wounded as bombs hit the Bazarak market area in Panjshir. The UN's coordinator for Afghanistan, Eric de Mul, said they deplored this murder of civilians. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service
