A court in the Indian city of Calcutta has bailed a member of parliament from the governing Congress Party who is charged with a double murder.
Adhir Choudhury, MP for Behrampur in West Bengal, was arrested in November and is to face trial for the murder of a restaurant owner and his son.
Mr Choudhury denies the charges, saying they are politically motivated.
He was instructed by the division bench of the Calcutta High Court to hand over his passport.
Mr Choudhury's appeal for bail had previously been rejected three times by a district court.
