Most of the deaths occurred at the Sarojini Nagar market

A man arrested in Indian-administered Kashmir is suspected to be involved in last month's bomb blasts in the Indian capital, Delhi, the Indian army says.
The man, who was arrested in Doda district on Sunday, had "confessed" to his involvement in one of the blasts, officials said.
He will be handed over to the Delhi police for further questioning.
The blasts at three locations on 29 October killed more than 60 people and injured 210 others.
The three blasts came within minutes of each other when many people were out shopping ahead of the Hindu festival of Diwali and the Muslim Eid celebration.
Two of the explosions ripped through crowded Sarojini Nagar and Paharganj markets. A third exploded on a bus but killed no-one.
Unclear
"[He] has confessed that he was involved in the Paharganj bomb blast in New Delhi," Colonel DK Badola, spokesman for the Indian army in Jammu, told the AFP news agency.
Police have launched a nationwide hunt for those behind the three blasts.
Sketches of a man they want to question in connection with the bus explosion have also been released.
A previously little-known group called Inqilabi has said it carried out the attacks. Police say they are trying to verify the claim.
It remains unclear who carried out the raids. India has hinted at a Pakistani link - a claim rejected by Islamabad.
Pakistan condemned the explosions as a "criminal act of terrorism".
