Bad weather kills 17 in Pakistan
At least 17 people have died during continuing bad weather in Pakistan.

The country has been hit by heavy rain and snow for the past week, causing a series of landslides, avalanches and transport disruptions.

In the worst incident, more than 10 people died in a village near the north-western town of Mansehra when the roof of their house collapsed.

In Indian-administered Kashmir snow is still blocking the Jammu-Srinagar road, stranding hundreds of people.

The Indian air force has airlifted nearly 300 people to safety.

At least 10 people are thought to have died there in avalanches since Sunday.
