A woman registering voters for the forthcoming elections in Afghanistan has been killed by an explosion in the eastern province of Nangarhar.
A landmine went off under a car, killing the Afghan woman. A colleague of hers was injured.
It is the latest attack aimed at women election workers in Nangarhar.
Three were killed in a bomb attack two weeks ago near the city of Jalalabad - a spokesman for the Taleban said they carried out that attack.
He said it was to stop people becoming involved in the electoral process.
Afghan presidential and parliamentary elections, originally due in June, have been postponed until September.
There are expectations they will be delayed again because of security problems.
