It is a good thing that we will have elections, but there will be lots of problems because of al-Qaeda and the Taleban.
Where I live, we have received letters with threats for election day.
I have received several of these letters.
But I am not afraid because they are not that strong any more.
They are now like snakes. They hide, waiting for the right moment to attack.
In general, people are afraid, especially in the rural areas.
Nonetheless, I will vote for the female candidate because she did not take part in the war.
I think women are more sensible and peaceful. My wife will also vote for her.

I think brave people like Nishanud makes democracy happen. The fact that he is saying that he is going to vote because he is not scarred of them anymore shows the courage of Afghan people despite of being threaten by the Taleban and al-Qaeda. As we see this example, we Afghan people will make democracy happen and no-one will stop us.

I congratulate you for thinking that way, I think voting is the most important thing to do in this election and why not vote for our woman candidate, because as you said women are more peaceful and hopeful. I think the people of Afghanistan have a lack of education so they can't feel the real necessities for the country and we have to be as positive as possible concerning this election and the problems around.
