At least nineteen dead in Indian bus accident


Officials in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh say at least nineteen people were killed and thirty-five injured when a bus fell into a gorge in the Pithoragarh district.

The crash occurred at Dhuni early this morning Officials say initial investigations suggest the accident was due to the driver's negligence.

An inquiry has been ordered.
