As delegates in Bonn discuss the future of Afghanistan, there are continuing concerns for the millions of refugees stranded in camps around the country and elsewhere.
Humanitarian organisations are worried about outbreaks of diseases such as tuberculosis and the risk of starvation as the Afghan winter begins to set in.
