Mother Teresa: charities are marking the year's anniversary of her death
The head of the Missionaries of Charity, Sister Nirmala, said everybody had a right to observe Mother Teresa's death, but nobody should raise money in her name.

Some of the groups have threatened to sue the Missionaries of Charity if they are prevented from carrying out fund-raising activities.

One group is planning to mark the anniversary in September by commissiong a statue of Mother Teresa for Calcutta.
