China boasts 'world's greenest tower'

Rising high through the polluted air of Guangzhou City in southern China is a 71-storey tower block that is claimed to be the most energy-efficient in the world.

Roger Harrabin visited the Pearl River Tower to discover how its designers have tried to save on both emissions and money.
