Eel numbers falling in Britain's rivers

The sudden disappearance of the eel from Britain's rivers has caught conservationists by surprise.

They say urgent action is needed to stop the eel from vanishing completely but fishermen are concerned their livelihoods may be threatened too.

The BBC's Environment Correspondent Guy Lynn reports.
