India urged on climate change

India must take urgent action to tackle climate change, according to the UK's Energy and Climate Change Secretary.

Ed Miliband made the appeal on a visit to the country, one of the world's five biggest polluters, ahead of an environment summit in Copenhagen.

Yet much of India remains rural, producing almost no emissions.

Damian Grammaticas reports from India.
