Ashton Hayes in Cheshire is taking steps to becoming the UK's first carbon-neutral village.

Residents, local businesses and a school have all been cutting their carbon footprint and saving money.

Sarah Mukherjee offers a tour of the BBC van that runs on chip fat, and talks to local resident Bill Nunnerley about monitoring power consumption in the home.
