Sharp rise in 'takeover fraud'

The UK's fraud prevention service, Cifas, has warned that takeover fraud, where criminals obtain bank and credit card details, has risen by 75% in the last year.

Fake e-mails and websites are often used to trick people into revealing their account information and passwords.

Richard Scott looks at how fraudsters and hackers are using the web to facilitate their crimes.
