Demystifying the dodo


The Natural History Museum at Tring contains one of the largest ornithological collections in the world - and every specimen has a tale to tell.

Dr Julian Hume explains how the collection is helping him to create images of what now-extinct birds would once have looked like just.

One such creature he has brought back to life on paper is the iconic Dodo.
