Boat-loving whale is put down


Australian wildlife officials have put down an injured baby humpback whale that tried to suckle on boats in waters to the north of Sydney.

Sally Barnes of New South Wales National Parks and Wildlife Service said attempting to feed a whale artificially would be stressful for the creature, and marine experts took action.
