Climate documentary 'broke rules'

The commissioning editor for Channel 4, Hamish Mykura, has said that he welcomes the results from a report by Ofcom on the global warming film 'The Great Global Warming Swindle'.

He also argued that the film '(was) a lightening rod for the whole debate on climate change'.
