Monkey brain-controls robot-arm

Monkeys have been able to control robotic limbs using the power of their thoughts, scientists report.

This footage, provided by Andrew Schwarz from the University of Pittsburgh, shows how the monkey is able to feed itself treats using a brain-controlled prosthetic limb.

The research is published in the journal Nature.
