Civil service expenses review

A review of the expenses system for civil servants working for the Welsh assembly government is to be carried out to ensure it is transparent and value for money. It follows the disclosure that civil servants promoting Welsh business abroad spent nearly £750,000 last year on their corporate credit cards. BBC Wales political editor Betsan Powys reports.
