Library opening hours set for cut

Libraries across the east region are in the front line as local authorities face up to the reality of spending cuts.

Councils have to reduce their budgets by up to twenty five percent and opening hours and staffing at libraries are now all under review.

But it's not all bad news, as Stuart Ratcliffe reports:
