Bullet proofing cars in Monterrey in Mexico

In Mexico's northern city of Monterrey, which used to be considered one of the safest urban areas in Latin America, the violence is taking its toll.

Despite the arrest of an alleged cartel leader in the region some officials do not feel enough is being done.
