Brazil's political influence grows

Rio de Janeiro played host to a United Nations conference, bringing leaders from around the world together to address cultural and religious differences. The fact that the meeting was held in Rio is one more measure of this country's growing influence on the world stage.

Matt Frei reports that this country, led by President Lula, has emerged as a powerhouse to be reckoned with.
