Muslim cadet in US military

It is arguably a tough time to be a Muslim in the American military. The US is fighting two wars in two predominantly Muslim countries and the Fort Hood massacre in Texas was carried out by a Muslim officer. But one cadet at West Point is convinced his faith will turn out to be a big advantage.

In this First Person account, junior Anees Merzi talks about the path he has travelled and what he has learned about his religion and himself.
