Muslims brave swine flu for Hajj


More than two million Muslims are braving the threat from swine flu to make this year's Hajj pilgrimage.

Mohammad Nahavandi and his wife Mona are making the pilgrimage to Mecca as a couple for the first time.

Concerns about the spread of the virus swine flu are dominating the religious event.

So far, the Saudi authorities have confirmed more than 60 cases of swine flu, but the Kingdom says it is confident that there will not be an outbreak of the infection as people converge on Mecca.

Shahzeb Jillani reports from nearby Jeddah.
